Grigorios Arkoumanis, MSc

Grigorios Arkoumanis is a PhD candidate at the Department of Primary Education, University of Thessaly, where his research focuses on digital inequalities in education and their impact on social mobility, with emphasis on educational policy and technology integration. He supports the REBOOT and EuroCivic projects at the Department of Communication, University of Vienna. He holds a BA in Social Anthropology and History (University of the Aegean) and two MAs in Crisis and Historical Change (University of the Aegean) and International Relations (University of York, UK), and is completing an MSc in Instructional Design for Online/Distance Education. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Cambridge Journal of Education and Policy Futures in Education, and presented at major international and national conferences. He is an active member of academic associations (ISATT, ETPE) and research labs at the University of Thessaly and NKUA.
